fake bids-they disappear fast. NEWL is a toxic dumping ground where portfolios go to die. Down 99.9% this year, they can't stay Nasdaq efficient, so they split the stock every month after their debtors max out the dilution-over and over again. Look at the one year chart. It does run once in awhile, but the toxicity resumes immediately thereafter.
