Yes they didn't make a wise decision with IR

they are out of options, me thinks. they themselves said they thought IR gave them the best deal. think this way: if there are other options available, will a company just keep quiet - when the market cap shrinks from 90 million to 13.5 million in few weeks just to clear a 2 million debt?
