My friend bought 3 million shares with Vanguard. She had to call it in the first trade but after that she can trade herself for $7 a trade..no extra fees.

I disagree. I have Merrill edge with 50% of funds in penny stocks. The only caveat I have is that only allow max of 10% in IRA.

I guess this Dtc restriction has not helped the cause. Seems like it only pulled the share price down. Careful what you wish for. Need audited financials before we move up. Otherwise it's a slow slide down.
