I do not know. The stipulated date for a hearing on defendants’ dispositive motions
and plaintiffs’ cross-motions was June 23, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. That date was cancelled by Judge Royce Lamberth on June 5, 2014 and new date was not set. And so we wait until further order of the Court.
