Ha,I don't know if your shares are restricted or you are just holdin them till others sell out so you can have a better role as a shareholder,more rights,etc... but the IRS fear doesn't phase me I've seen peeps in these kind of deals with the IRS come out smellin like roses...GL...I kind of like it he's got good reason to work hard for APWC...
