Ummm, Missy...you can trust that I know MDNT very well. This is a combination of Magna AND possibly TCA debt converting concurrently with debt holders for Yellow. The exemption rule is 144.

(1) Where is this, relative-to-recent-issuances, aged debt disclosed?
They're in MDNT's financials...

(2) Exactly what aged debt?
Magna, TCA and Yellow investors as stated above...

(3) What are the conversion terms ("aged debt converting")?
Magna converts at 38% discount to lowest of market 15 day look back. Enuf said...

(4) What exemption, from registration, is mdnt utilizing?

Rule 144

(5) Is mdnt stating that these billions of shares are not restricted, that these billions of shares do not have a holding period?

Ummm...obvious not restricted otherwise they wouldn't be hitting float would they?

(6) Who is receiving these billions of shares from mdnt?

The lenders...

(7) Who is selling/dumping the shares into the market place?
Old bagholders for one and the 'dumping' you've been seeing is not really dumping but issuance of shares to lenders ;)

(8) Is the seller/dumper an accredited investor and did said accredited investor acknowledge that shares acquired from mdnt would be acquired for investment purposes and NOT acquired...with a view to distribute?

Not sure what the significance of this comment is but MDNT lenders are 'accredited' -- lenders no longer need to be accredited to finance an issuer btw...Congress passed a final rule on general solicitation... Investors can acquire shares for investment purposes and redistribute (reassign) for the same purpose. Not sure why that is an issue in your mind.

Not sure what the general screaming is about here...
