I get a share price of 30 cents. So even though I lost out BIG time I sold my 1000 dollars I have left from my initial 7Gs.

Flex power could have explosive growth and I do like their potential but for the time being I will be looking at it as a good buy under 50 cents somewhere.

If true, these guys are absolute idiots. They could have filed Form 10-12g and got their own ticker for about $25K or less.

BTW, there weren't 19.7MM OS as of 12/31/12 or 12/31/13 as the filing linked above suggests.
