Thank G-d the name change is only up to the official SEC/FINRA rules --- so it has to happen on time.

The only part of it that can be delayed is if the co. does not file with Delaware Sect. of State for their name change immediately after the SEC approves the name change on or about June 20th. (...and I do not foresee them delaying it).

If APT does not delay it may take a business day or 2 after Friday, June 20th for the name change to be 100% complete and official.

Note: All this does not change the stock's ticker symbol --- that needs to be done AFTER the name change and takes I don't know how much longer.
