Hopefully, at long last, we will have financial performance to discuss. If the long awaited audited financials become available for us all to review we will know, once and for all, if there is an operating business here and how it is performing.
Knowing there is a real operating company will end a great deal of speculation. The focus will then be on whether the company's go forward plans show a path to profitability and to see if there is anything behind those patents that will enable this company to compete in an industry full of promise. Long, long way to go, but at least there will be something substantive to talk about. Several posters here will have to come up with new material rather than copying and pasting the same old dialogue.
IMHO we will be disappointed with the historical results and the companies profitability, but, at least we will have something to base our future dialogue on. The process of rising out of the position KMAG is currently in will take a long time and to execute a profitable future a lot of capital. I think the plan of merger with an entity with manufacturing capability is the only way to get there.
Time will tell. At least we should have some fresh dialogue, I would not count on great wealth. a $750,000,000 market cap ($1 per share) is about as likely as winning the power ball.
