Well done response. In general I am not in favor of responding to AF. Many times I have seen it backfire. In this case, though, pointing out that the study is still blinded is, imo, a good move. It is something that the company *cannot* lie about (very easy for regulators to check with the data monitors) and it removes the pernicious doubt that AF's article may have created.
