I believe Ed is planning a strategic scenario to retire shares in the future.
My earliest guesstimate is after audited fins when we qualify for OTCQX, if at anytime we come close to dropping below .10 he would retire shares to ensure it does not drop below if the PPS doesn't naturally stay above.
After we uplist to OTCQX institutional investors will also be looking for Ed to retire more shares since they were created to prevent a hostile takeover rather than awarded.
The series A preferred ensures a hostile takeover is considered a Non Issue.
