Far be it from me to argue with your 3rd grade math. I would still rather have my 50k shares at 20.00 :)

I'm with you on the RS and the Nas. However, this kind of a move would need to be done the right way and at the right time in order for it to overcome the negativity usually associated with a RS don't you think? I would have a hard time reconciling a 10:1 RS. 2:1, I could live with. I think most would be able to live with 2:1. IMHO.

I think if a R/S were to happen I would be comfortable with no higher then a 1:4 split. But what I really think Ed Should due is issue a Class B preffered shares series so we can aquire other companies or merge with others without effecting us. Would be nice to have him retire like 90 percent of his common as well.
