Winning Brands 'bundling' with other companies and government groups does not appear to be an unusual tactic. I once again visited the exhibitors list and randomly selected two other booths and, to be objective, one was from the USA and the other from Austria both with seemingly government-type support. One could extrapolate this and check every exhibitor to learn how many more are piggy-backed with others. IMO there would be quite a few.
