Its not really as bad as all that - I think the percentages are a little closer to about 30% chance of some kind of recovery. Every case is different.

Its not really as bad as all that - I think the percentages are a little closer to about 30% chance of some kind of recovery for shareholders in BK. Every case is different. And with the fraud and circumstances and everything I have to say our chances are better than 30% - but thats just my gut talking.
