Then they do a 1000 to 1 RS, get the share price up, leave the authorized the same, and repeat. LOL. But, if there is oil and the share price is rising, a RS is a good thing. Look at it this way. Say the share price goes to .0005 and you hold 10 mil. Then Floyd does a 1000 to 1 RS. Your shares are now worth .50, but you only have 10,000 of them. That comes to $5,000, but with oil and an increased share price, the company looks like a good investment. The share price continues to rise to $1.00 or more and we go on the AMEX.
