Look at the trading volume and how the stock price acted to move from 0.56 to 0.61 this morning. There have been just over 4.4 mil shares traded while it used be in 10-20 mil range. This definitely shows that the shorts are getting tired and short covering will start once NEWL hits 0.63+ next resistance.
