Concur. There is no buyout at this point in development. They simply do not have the product yet, that is proven nor any IP behind it. The little know how and IP they do have does not substantiate a buy out discussion...at all. There will be no buyout or any major news forth coming that will send this over .16 or so. It may move back up and down, but they simply dont have any support yet and it is still trying to find a bottom.
