It's possible. Tough to watch this pull back. It wld be silly for major dilution other than a in - kind of shares to the funding corporation. I want to see more substantial news such as a partnership with a big mj company...

Although OTC markets shows 8 million outstanding shares, the financial report filed shows 124+ million shares outstanding as of 04/30/2014. Dilution? I'd say so!!! They need to update those numbers for investors to know the current O/S.
