volume is low with a wide spread between bid/ask
there is little interest in the stock at the present time from new buyers, imo

Even that may not help, Doc. Mobl -another TS pick - recently got just such a recommendation.

If I recall correctly the analyst, Mike Murphy (reportedly a very heavily followed tech analyst), put out a buy to his subscribers in mid-Feb: "Buy MOBL under 30 cents a share. My targets are 70 cents in 2006, $1.50 in 2007 and $3.00 by the end of 2008."

At first the price jumped to .30, and now it's back under .25.

The problem is that it is a penny stock. And the vast majority of investors don't buy penny stocks, even when they are backed by a "Strong Buy" recommendation.
