This is a REAL company with REAL challenges. They are about to grow massively and honestly you can't grow over-night without facing some obstacles. I think some of these management efficiency issues will be resolved in the future once the revenues start pouring in and more money can be invested into the proper staff to take care of all these internal matters.

I'm a big believer in the technology and I understand that this company has gone through so much in the last year or two. We are on the right path though. I find it very positive that Clay Parker is responding our enquiries :)
