No no I doubt it. They will file the Q1 soon. I've never seen a Q1+Q2 being filed. Usually a quarterly audit report takes one month to complete and it's almost been one month.

I'm an auditor so I know what the procedures are. That's why I'm saying, lets be patient. If it gets to July and we have no Q1 report then we should have a reason to be concerned :)
