SOAPY or not, I am still reluctant to declare that the OP GANG is stupid. STEWART, at least, has been involved with CDEX probably since the beginning When HARRIS started selling shares out of his auto trunk. Selling shares has been the only successful "product" in all that time.

Since the share selling bidness has dropped way down to nothing or close to it, and no other product is selling to amount to a hill of beans, the question is WHY BOTHER with funding the dead mackerel that CDEX has become??

It seems one does remember when the Cdex money was getting a washed among Mp. Ts, jr, and a few others.

Hum, one wonders if ALL reported the proper monies and stocks to those who would like to know. There may be one or two who felt like the reporting of ALL that one got in hourly wages or stock, need not be reported to the proper authorities.

The sting of suds in ones eyes can be a Cdex kodak moment, fer sure. And pleading the fifth will not work, and that be a fact. Amending is a good word that comes to mind.

The web site has no suds, and one might believe that there is a very good reason for that. But then, one would have to remember who actually put every word on that web site from back in the day.

Imo, just hang on to the SEC report that discusses the next the launch. One might get a real education from that report.
