Good Morning and YES I understand and Appreciate what you are saying. I agree with you that the company should file the 10 Q.
I am certain as you are I am sure that they are fully aware of this and what and when and how they do anything is really beyond us as is the case with countless companies and especially Penny Stock companies. Countless cases these companies become "Not Current" for similar reasons and then they suddenly announce they are filing and getting current and everyone gets excited again. I mean we dont know the future and Yes you have a lot at risk as do I and many others I Imagine. But the company counsel has said he cannot answer questions on this or much else due to it becoming selective disclosure as per SEC Regs. So we need to respect that and in the final analysis, I agree with you and others that the company should get the 10 Q out. The sooner the better.
