If shapiro agreeded it was either they are talking to resolve the case or he had no choice cause issues can arise durning or before depositions occur which took Oing to rule.

Something happen and we are clueless at this point that is for sure but digging I'm.

This has nothing to do if Ponezumab works. It would be wonderful if it does.

The milestone was payable cause they did not terminate the agreement it did not matter if they were using it or not even though its factual they did not stop using Ponezumab and Pfizer is in full swing ongoing trials.

http://www.clinicaltrial.gov/ct2/show/NCT01821118?term=ponezumab&rank=5

This is not about a dollar amount to Pfizer.Even the defense states that on the record. Its about destroying the competition.

If you cause so much harm less say Bankrupt the competition or put them in such a mess it dam near stops all progress going forward which is whats occued regarding ILNS then Pfizer has alreafy won no matter what they have to pay later.

Where would ILNS be today if Pfizer paid the 2 million and ILNS was able to pay its past CEO it current CEO,CFO now part time.

Bet you alot less shares would have been issued.Sure would have been able to raise investor capital eaiser. All them preferred shares converted at .05 cents would not have occured.

The pipeline would be 18 months future ahead which is the most important in this business time is everything.Pfizer knew exactly how when and where to strike.
