What leading-edge cancer investments was SMVR involved with?

That's a relatively easy question to answer.

Now if you will, please go to the following website and shed some light on how it is even remotely possible that a company you aren't even aware of, is in the IDENTICAL business model on their capital raise to the tune of precisely $140M

The verbiage between Mentor Capital and SmartVentures was an obvious "cookie cutter template" where you simply fill in the blanks by changing the name of the company and share structure amts (ie: MNTR's 1500 shareholders versus SMVR's 2000 etc)

I am the forum moderator here and find your short, seemingly uninterested response, quite disconcerting.

What's pretty wild is that both CEO's claim to have placed their "shares in escrow with a law firm to obviate the risk of pump and dump activity that has otherwise been associated by regulators with other public marijuana related firms."

And both CEO's requested investors to contact them to "discuss reserving their pro rata portion of SMVR $140 million authorized raise."

Is $140,000,000 the defacto standard capital raise these days?
