And if you look at the latest quarterly dated 5/16 just go to the bottom of page 6. This is the last part of the stockholders equity section. It's all spelled out there as to what has been happening and here are the FACTS taken right from the quarterly on page 6. December 31st shares outstanding was 5.67B shares. 3B retirement gets you to 2.67B shares. Share issuance of 798M shares gets you to 3.45B shares. So how did it get to 4.46B?
Of course if you add up the actual shares issued on the supplemental you will also find the share issuance number is way off! The actual number is roughly 1.1B. But even with the right numbers you clearly see that the company dumped around 800M shares from 12/31/13 to 3/31/14. And anyone can look at the financials to see for themselves.
