Unless they have good news for the license and other good news then the fact there is an insider making even more money through leasing a building to the company will make this plunge.
People don't like to see that sort of thing o matter how good the company is.

Look at the technicals, outstanding share levels, who holds how many warrants and exercise prices, operating costs......they need money..........where are they going to get it.........issuing more shares and raising capital that way.................investors may sell and the price will go down.........

For the price to go UP they must make some enhanced revenue and some profit (none to date) if they don't look for sub penny land end of the third quarter..................
