No form filing is required to buy back shares.

At the latest you will know when they file their next quarterly and state the O/S.

This whole industry is running scared from the SEC right now. Feds are getting what they want. discouraging more investing and more money going into this industry. They will lose the fight in the end, but we will all suffer through it.
