With the exception of Etrade, all of the other other brokers you list are boutique/specialty brokers that charge much higher fees than the mainstream online brokerages.

The brokers you list are often used to deposit and resell dilution shares by accepting electronic or paper certificates for new common shares.

They are boutique brokers used for dilution.
