When I looked at the website at 1pm, it only said 50%, so progress is being made.

Looks like somebody got real lucky snapping up those 3M shares today. VAULT 51 website 90% complete. It went from 30%-50% yesterday and now its at 90% complete. We should have some type of news this week.
If VAULT 51 is complete, it will be the first thing that they have actually completed. That should prove something hopefully, just as long as they keep it coming with the ATM.
