That 1 cent bid threshold is only relevant to stocks on the OTCQB----has nothing to do with the rest that trade on the OTC Pink Whatever that don't fulfill that requirement...

Is anyone else afraid of the new trading rule for the otc market of stocks being atleast 1 cent? I'm lost I thought stocks trading this low would get delisted.
