Thanks Chief, it would be interesting to know if they buy most goods from a distributor like GotVape or straight from the importer, i.e. mcig or even from China straight away.

Just like with bands and any other grass root organization, it starts with the street team to spread and publicize the product :) I'll hit up another vape store this week.
