Why would Liberty go with TiVo? You believe that the problems are with Horizon?
By any chance do you not remember the TiVo/Comcast deal and all of the problems they had with those boxes?
TiVo doesn't exactly have a strong record either. Horizon will work it out... there is less pressure to grow quickly there because they aren't using a third party.
