Still has to be reported in some respect with Praxsyn until they are fully out of the picture. Just saying maybe the reporting wasn't up to snuff to begin with when Praxsyn took over. Maybe some small print details have popped up. Either way I say we get it pretty soon.

But they still own 34% of the common stock and have material knowledge of Pet Airways Q1 costs (revenues were nil) and debt necessary for the 10-q...unless the company and Dan/Alyssa can find a wholesale buyer for their shares at a mutually agreed upon price, Dan and Alyssa will likely remain directors IMO.
