There are no limits on cultivation or production facilities, but all medical pot businesses must be 1,000 feet from schools, 300 feet from parks and community centers, and 300 feet from places of worship.



You need to do some DD instead of stating false info without any proof.

If a company passed the ordinance it will have its production and cultivation license.


Lastly, Clark county is not the game in NV.

By state law, 66 medical marijuana dispensaries will be allowed in the state, including 40 in Clark County. Of those 40, Las Vegas gets 12, Henderson gets five, North Las Vegas gets four and Mesquite would get one.

Read all the posts for the past 2 days for the corrections. Also, confirmation from:

Clark County Commissioner Mary Beth Sow replied to my email:


"Dear #######,
I am sorry that I did not see this email until this morning, so did not respond before your discussion group yesterday.

The state limited the number of dispensaries by jurisdiction, but imposed no such limit on cultivation, production and lab facilities.
