Once it closes. As far as we know it would have closed Friday. I wouldn't hold your breath for an explanation. I don't think we'll hear a peep until there is actual news for them to issue a PR on, could be several weeks. I emailed IR Friday and cited Punit's tweet about how he "looks forward to explaining" and asked what medium they'll use to explain as the CEO said he would do, and this is what I got back:
