Proof of the Production issue is resolved and under way would have a more major effect on the current PPS and it wouldn't hurt to also get the matter of the Dividend completed!

With these two important issues Resolved, we could and would all be looking forward to the next 10q with anticipation and excitement for a change!

Production = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!

Dividend = More Shares to shareholders!!!!!
