no, that is not how it works. in order to return to pink trading they need to find a sponsoring market maker willing to submit a form 211 to finra for approval. the chances of that happening are slim.

Read Renee's analysis of the companies suspended by the SEC.

I believe it was 1 in 2000 over the last 4 years - and if you look I think it took them several years.

One major hurdle - SKTO and AEGY were both controlled by Hipple and Jan - Hipple is still under suspension by the SEC - so SKTO/AEGY have zero chance.
