I disagree and would have to believe those major institutional investors in WAG are more concerned with WAG's fundamentals and finances, as opposed to Hertz. The fact that the Hertz CEO sits on the WAG Board and is 1 of 7 members of the finance committee is quite a stretch to claim that this raises some sort of red flag. And, I note he does not sit on the Audit committee of the WAG Board.
