Good morning Shail. Yes, I believe so, although I'm certain there will be much debate, it appears that the entire Federal Government is going the route, and then some, of the recently enacted DFARS rule (2012-D055). Even though there's no specific mention of "how", any regulation that is aimed at mitigating the counterfeit menace has to be seen as a positive step. (IMO of course.)
