So Clarke took his dividends from his other company that is producing no results and paid off debt in TGGI. Sounds just like what the consultant from his other company did which has a skull and crossbones at the current time. The consultant is BCAP and after BCAP got spanked with a skull and crossbones BCAP decided to finally talk after two years and what did BCAP say? reduce their debt.
