IMO when all is said and done Chris is going to need some good lawyers! Investors who lose money get angry at CEO's who lie on public documents! Go look at the 4/1 filing to which Chris indicated as of 3/31 the outstanding shares were 2.6B. Well gee Chris, it was actually 4.49B but what's a couple billion shares anyway!
