yea I imagine they have a weed fraud team at the SEC and when a CEO TOUTS a top ten bank.......I imagine the team got a good chuckle out of that...not to mention the out of left field name change....
but these guys are special breed of scammers and use words like MAYBE or ALMOST.....or PLANNED......they use words that are in the GREY all the time....
Why? ....because that's what scam companies do....
