Took your advice, and did do some research.
It appears that the fired GTGP attorney went to Barry University School of Law which, from what I found out, is one of those bottom of the barrel schools that take anyone. Usually the ones that could not get into any better schools because of low grades. Kind of like the many doctors in your country who could not get into American medical schools so they got their education in Mexico, and then came to your country to be "doctors". Sad.
Possibly a big reason that GTGP President, James Fallacaro found it necessary to fire him as their attorney, you know, ill-prepared for the rigors of corporate legal work. Possibly also explains why he has the time to spend 24/7 on an internet stock board. That too is sad. Possibly his true calling was to be a paralegal for successful attorneys.
