From current levels, How could a sub penny stock uplist to the NASDAQ or NYSE without the required average revenue over the last several years?

First as I pointed out, as pointed out in a recent interview. There is time for an up-listing. Projected period I would suspect 6-12 months from now.

Secondly as I pointed out,

Just guessing here, a share retirement, followed by a buyback, followed by the kind of PATENT, excuse me, PR that makes a pps soar, add that with a reasonably low float....

If you did not get at what I was insinuating, doing this would take enormous pressure off the pps itself, allowing it to rise.


Please tell me you have been witness to permanent pps spikes with the right deals, mergers, and acquisitions.
