You're in total left field. I understand it might be confusing without understanding the logistics of Clark County. Unincorporated Clark County i.e. "The Strip" gets 18 dispensary permits...the rest of Clark County i.e. Las Vegas formal, North Las Vegas, etc. gets 22 dispensary permits...got it? Once again, there is no limit to the number of cultivation or production centers. Of course, perhaps needless to say, owning a dispensary near "The Strip" and all the casinos is likely to have more customers than one than the city of Las Vegas...the casinos are not in the city, they're in the unincorporated part of the County.
