We all remember the 2008 economic down turn. I think it is still impressive they were the only biotech company to have an IPO or even be mentioned with companies like VISA and MAKO. Those companies already had established revenues so it doesn't really count with a small firm trying to raise money by going public which is why companies go public in the first place. IMO
BHRT might not be on the NASDAQ but I wouldn't stomp on their bad luck. They have always been on one of the top OTC markets, the OTCQB. Its a venture stage marketplace for early-stage and developing companies. To be qualify, companies must be up to date in their filings and proceed with an annual verification and management vetting process. The OTCQB standards provide transparency for investors. IMO
