MyECheck V3.0 does not require a bank partner for MJ-Pay.
There was possibly one major bank Ed found that wouldn't work with MJ-Pay, likely because many banks are still shy to handling funds related to MMJ transactions.

Banking Partner... i believe it has / had to do with the new Co-op banking Law that was being implemented, which is now in place IMO
