"The Green Fund should be a hot commodity on Wall St"

"Nothing is special about the Green Fund"

Which one applies to WNTR?

Nothing is special about the Green Fund, except for the following:

1. At least 6 individual MJ companies have been demoted from the pink to the grey markets; in other words, it is extremely risky to invest in individual MJ stocks. A basket is safer.

2. Frank is picking and choosing the companies instead of the investor. An expert vs. a pink sheet investor deciding potential success. Even the smartest pinkie investor doesn't have access to the dd documents that Frank has.

3. Because Frank has access to capital at a reasonable rate vs. the death-spiral financing the mj stocks can get, he can leverage a good deal for WNTR shareholders. The mj companies will come aboard because they will still get a better deal with Frank.

4. When Frank uplists the Greenfund, it will be the first investible vehicle for the mj industry, first mover advantage. As far as I know.... If someone knows another, please share.

Yeah, other than the four aforementioned pts. above, there are no advantages.

LOL
