Yes I'm concerned about selling way too early! With name/symbol change and Signifi with majority control of the new company Sylios this could gap up everyday during the run!!

Why would there be a RS? UNGS OS very low compared to the rest of the market.

Nope. They have plenty of room to issue restricted shares to signifi to close the deal.
